Demolition

  • Apply abolishment of Gas Application
  • Apply abolishment of Electricity Application
  • Section 29A Council Application
  • Demolition Permit
  • Temporary Fencing during Demolition
  • Pre-demolition Site Inspection
  • Final Inspection once Demolition completed

Subdivision

Subdivision is complicated and in this stage, there are certain legal requirements that need to be met. AlphaQ can cut through the subdivision red tape for you to get approval on the subdivision. Here’s what we can do for you:
